WHO DOES WHAT?

The wronged party files a complaint requesting investigation.
|

The complaint is assigned a tracking number and sent to the Investigator's Team.
|

|
The Investigator’s Team sends a copy of the complaint to the other party and asks them to reply.

|
The other party has an option to reply within a timely fashion.
|

|
The Investigator’s Team investigates the claim and provides a report and recommendation to the Mediation Board.

|
The Mediation Board issues its decision to both parties which may result in the loss of 3BT Membership status if the member refuses to comply with the Mediation Board's decision and recommendation.

|
3BT returns the unused credit if membership is revoked in accords with unused credit guidelines.
|

|
3BT will provide an assessment on how the matter can be resolved out-of -house if either party is not satisfied with the outcome.
